[Amber DWM merges with iClick and will trade on NASDAQ under the AMBR stock code] According to Golden Finance, the U.S. listed company iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited announced its merger with Amber DWM Holding Limited, the holding entity of Amber Premium, a digital wealth management business under Amber Group. The merger has received final approval from NASDAQ for post-merger listing. The merged company will be renamed "Amber International Holding Limited" and will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the new stock code "AMBR" starting March 13, 2025
