Cecep Environment: Some bank accounts have been unfrozen

Jin10 Data reported on March 13th that Cecep Environment announced in the evening that recently, due to a transportation contract dispute between its subsidiary, Zhongjie Energy (Yanshan) Environmental Energy Co., Ltd., and Hejian City Chunyu Transportation Station, some of the company's bank accounts were frozen. Currently, the relevant preservation measures for this case have been lifted, and the related accounts have been unfrozen, with a total unfreezing amount of 2.0467 million yuan. As of now, the balance of funds in the frozen accounts of the company and its subsidiaries is 33.0432 million yuan, accounting for 1.76% of the monetary funds of the company and its subsidiaries, and 0.25% of the latest audited net assets attributable to the shareholders of the listed company, which is a relatively small proportion and will not have a significant impact on the company's daily operations
