INCON establishes a Sustainable Development Committee
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, INCON announced that on March 18, 2025, it will establish a Sustainability Committee under the Board of Directors to further improve the group's management system in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and climate change efforts, promoting the group's sustainable development. The Sustainability Committee consists of 4 members, including Executive Director Guan Jiexin, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Liang Zijian, Lin Zhixiong, and Mo Jinchang, with Guan Jiexin appointed as the Chairman of the Sustainability Committee
According to the announcement from INCON (01500), on March 18, 2025, a Sustainability Committee will be established under the Board of Directors to further improve the group's management system in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and climate change efforts, promoting the group's sustainable development.
