SUNDART HLDGS released its annual results for the year ending December 31, 2024, with revenue of HKD 5.997 billion, an increase of 9.8% year-on-year; profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 321 million, a decrease of 2.87% year-on-year. The basic earnings per share were HKD 0.1486, with a proposed final dividend of HKD 0.06 per share and a special dividend of HKD 0.14 per share. The interior decoration business remains the main source of revenue, with annual revenue increasing to HKD 5.992 billion, mainly benefiting from several large projects in Macau and Singapore
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SUNDART HLDGS (01568) announced its annual performance for the year ending December 31, 2024, with revenue of HKD 5.997 billion, an increase of 9.8% year-on-year; profit attributable to shareholders of HKD 321 million, a decrease of 2.87% year-on-year; basic earnings per share of HKD 0.1486; and a proposed final dividend of HKD 0.06 per share and a special dividend of HKD 0.14 per share.
The announcement stated that during the year, the interior decoration business remained the main source of revenue and profit for the group. Revenue generated from the interior decoration business increased by HKD 542 million or 9.9% year-on-year to HKD 5.992 billion (previous year: HKD 5.450 billion). This increase was mainly attributed to several large interior decoration projects undertaken in Macau and Singapore during the year. As a result, revenue from the interior decoration business in Macau and Singapore increased by HKD 419 million compared to previous years
