
HENDERSON INV appoints Xu Min as an independent non-executive director

HENDERSON INV has appointed Xu Min as an independent non-executive director. Xu Min has nearly 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, having previously served as the Deputy CEO and Managing Director of Haitong International Capital. She also serves as an independent non-executive director for South China City and Hanshi, and is an independent non-executive director for Henderson Sunlight Asset Management. Ms. Xu currently holds multiple public positions, including on the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Advisory Committee. In the past three years, she has not served as a director of any other listed companies
Xu Min has nearly 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, having held key positions at various institutions, including serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Haitong International Capital from 2013 to 2019. She has also served as an independent non-executive director of South China City (1668) and Hansoh (0554).
She is also an independent non-executive director of Henderson Sunlight Asset Management, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the holding company Henderson Land (0012) and the manager of the listed Sunlight Real Estate Investment Trust. She currently holds several public positions, including being a member of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Advisory Committee, the University Grants Committee, the Innovation and Technology Venture Fund Advisory Committee, and the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong. Apart from the aforementioned disclosures, Ms. Xu has not served as a director of any other listed companies in the past three years
