ZHONGJIE TECH. announced that the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore with its own funds, and through the Singapore subsidiary and its subsidiary ZHONGJIE Hong Kong, to set up a company in Thailand, with a total investment not exceeding USD 42 million. The registered capital of the Singapore subsidiary is SGD 100,000, and the proposed registered capital of the Thai company is THB 4.8 million
