COOLPOINT INNO appoints Xianji as the new auditor
COOLPOINT INNO announced that due to the failure to reach a consensus with Zhongzheng Tianheng Accounting Firm regarding the audit fees, Zhongzheng Tianheng has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from April 7, 2025. The board of directors has decided to appoint Xianqi Accounting Firm as the new auditor, effective from the same date, with a term ending at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, COOLPOINT INNO (08040) announced that due to the failure to reach a consensus with Zhongzheng Tianheng Accounting Firm (Zhongzheng Tianheng) on the audit fees for the group's consolidated financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2025, Zhongzheng Tianheng has resigned as the company's auditor, effective April 7, 2025.
The board further announced that, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, it has resolved to appoint Xianji Accounting Firm Limited (Xianji) as the new auditor of the company, effective April 7, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhongzheng Tianheng's resignation, with a term until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
