HYC: Director Guo Zhiyong resigns

HYC announced that the company's director Guo Zhiyong has resigned from his position as a member of the 12th Board of Directors, the Board's Strategic Committee, and the Board's Audit Committee for personal reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. Mr. Guo Zhiyong's resignation will result in the number of board members falling below the number stipulated in the Articles of Association. According to relevant laws and regulations, Mr. Guo Zhiyong will continue to perform his duties as a director in accordance with relevant regulations until the new director assumes office. As of the announcement date, Mr. Guo Zhiyong does not hold any shares in the company and there are no unfulfilled commitments
