LERADO FIN sold over 5.14 million shares of CHINA 33MEDIA, expecting to record a profit of 1.6 million yuan
LERADO FIN (01225.HK) announced that on March 27 and April 17 of this year, it sold a total of 5.1434 million shares of CHINA 33MEDIA (08087.HK) in the open market, accounting for approximately 4.8% of the total issued share capital of CHINA 33MEDIA; the average price was about HKD 0.62 per share, involving a total amount of approximately HKD 3.2 million. After the completion of the transaction, it will no longer hold any shares of CHINA 33MEDIA, and it is expected that the sale will generate a cash return of approximately HKD 1.6 million, with the net proceeds used for the group's general working capital
