According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Chongqing Caiguangtong Trading Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Hua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million yuan. The business scope includes: sales of building materials; sales of decorative building materials; sales of metal materials; sales of steel reinforcement products for construction; sales of timber; sales of household appliances; sales of electric bicycles; retail of auto parts, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by SSI through indirect holdings
