CRCH: Shanghai Huayi Holding Group Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of the company's shares

CRCH announced that its major shareholder, Shanghai Huayi Holding Group Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 4.3864 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, due to its own funding arrangements. The reduction period will be from May 21, 2025, to August 20, 2025.
