SEP: Plans to acquire 81% equity in Zhonghuan Lianshu
SEP announced that the company intends to acquire 81% of the equity of Sichuan Zhonghuan Lianshu Environmental Consulting Service Co., Ltd. held by Chengdu Zhongzhi Taiding Environmental Engineering Partnership for cash of 52.65 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Zhonghuan Lianshu will become a controlling subsidiary of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring
