The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is RMB 234 million, a year-on-year decrease of 14.47%. A cash dividend of RMB 1.36 per 10 shares will be distributed to all shareholders, totaling RMB 70.588 million; at the same time, 2 bonus shares will be distributed for every 10 shares held, and 1 share will be converted from the capital reserve for every 10 shares. After this distribution, the total share capital of the company will be 675 million shares
