KERRY LOG NET has been renamed "KLN Logistics Group Limited"
KERRY LOG NET announced that the company name will be changed to "KLN Logistics Group Limited," and the resolution will be passed at the special shareholders' meeting on March 28, 2025. The new English name was approved by the Bermuda Registrar of Companies on April 3, 2025, and confirmed by the Hong Kong Companies Registry on April 16, 2025. After the change, the stock abbreviation will be changed from "KERRY LOG NET" to "KLN," and the Chinese abbreviation "嘉里物流" will be removed, effective April 29, 2025. According to the announcement from Kerry Logistics (00636), at the special general meeting of shareholders held on March 28, 2025, shareholders approved a special resolution to change the company's name. Following the name change registration certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on April 3, 2025, the company's English name "Kerry Logistics Network Limited" has been changed to "KLN Logistics Group Limited" as of March 28, 2025, through the resolution and with the approval of the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda. The company's Chinese name "嘉里物流联网有限公司" will cease to exist upon the change of the company name from "Kerry Logistics Network Limited" to "KLN Logistics Group Limited." The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration for the change of name of a non-Hong Kong company on April 16, 2025, confirming the new English name registered in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).
After the name change, the English stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will change from "KERRY LOG NET" to "KLN," while the Chinese stock short name "嘉里物流" will be removed, effective from 9:00 AM on April 29, 2025. The stock code "636" will remain unchanged
