The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 42.6995 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.04%. The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is as follows: based on the total share capital on the equity registration date for the implementation of the 2024 profit distribution plan, a cash dividend of 2.6 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares, and a transfer of 3 shares for every 10 shares will be made to all shareholders from the capital reserve
