According to the announcement from YUK WING GP (01536), Ms. Cai Qiwen has resigned as the company's company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), effective May 1, 2025.
