TJSUD, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Xinglong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., acquired the land parcel Tianjin Dongli Jindong Lisha (Gua) 2025-10 in Dongli District, Tianjin, for a price of 564 million yuan. The land area is 31,284.5 square meters, planned as Class II residential land, with a plot ratio of ≤2, a green space ratio of ≥40%, a building density of ≤20%, and a transfer period of 70 years

Tianjin Donglisa (Hanging) 2025-10 plot: This plot is located on the northeast side of the intersection of Shaliu North Road and Chenglin Road in Dongli District, Tianjin. The boundaries are as follows: east to the planned Xianglan Road, south to the current vacant land, west to Shaliu North Road, and north to the planned Chengxin Road. The area of the land to be transferred is 31,284.5 square meters, and the planned land use nature is Class II residential land. The planned land area is 31,284.5 square meters, with a floor area ratio ≤ 2 (residential land floor area ratio > 1.0), a green space rate ≥ 40%, and a building density ≤ 20%, with a total above-ground building area of 62,569 square meters.
