HOSPITAL CORP announced that its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary Cixi Honghe Medical Management Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 100% equity of Cixi Honghe Property Management Co., Ltd. for 49.47 million yuan. This acquisition will enable the group to obtain property ownership and land use rights of the target company, ensuring the stability of hospital operations and enhancing the asset portfolio, in line with the group's long-term goal of achieving sustainable growth in the healthcare sector
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HOSPITAL CORP (03869) announced that on May 20, 2025, its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary Cixi Honghe Medical Management Co., Ltd. intends to acquire all the equity of Cixi Honghe Property Management Co., Ltd. from Cixi Honghe Hospital for a consideration of RMB 49.47 million.
As of the date of this announcement, the main asset of the target company is the real estate located at No. 299 Mingzhou West Road, Zonghan Street, Cixi City, which is currently leased to the group.
Through this acquisition, the group will obtain all the equity of the target company, thereby acquiring the ownership of the relevant properties and the land use rights of the land owned by the target company, ensuring the stability of the hospital's business and long-term operations held by the group.
