LNGF: Shareholder's judicial auction of shares failed to sell
ST LNGF announced that Mr. Yin Hongwei, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, will auction 70 million shares of the company on the JD Network Judicial Auction Platform from May 20 to 21, 2025. The auction ended without any bids. As of May 21, 2025, Mr. Yin Hongwei holds 273 million shares of the company, accounting for 14.99% of the total share capital. This failed judicial auction will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's production and operations, nor will it lead to a change in the company's control
