HONGMING announced that the company is planning to purchase 83% of the equity of Shenzhen Chisu in cash, with an estimated transaction price of 151 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Shenzhen Chisu will become a controlling subsidiary of HONGMING. This transaction is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring, does not involve the issuance of shares, does not constitute a related party transaction, and will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller.
