JSJ: Director and Deputy General Manager Wu Zhuoyu resigns
JSJ announced that the company's board of directors has received a written resignation letter from Mr. Wu Zhuoyu. Mr. Wu Zhuoyu resigned from the positions of director and deputy general manager for personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation. Mr. Wu Zhuoyu's original term was from November 9, 2022, to November 8, 2025
