According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINSHENG EDU announced that on May 23, 2025 (after trading hours), the company (as the borrower) entered into a credit letter with CITIC Bank International Limited (CITIC Bank International) (as the lender). According to the credit letter, CITIC Bank International agrees to provide the company with a revolving loan of up to RMB 300 million or the equivalent in Hong Kong dollars and US dollars. The final repayment date for the loan under the credit letter is no more than 1 year from the date of the first withdrawal
