Shaanxi Natural Gas announced that starting from June 1, 2025, the pipeline transportation price within the province will be reduced by 3.86 cents per cubic meter, which is expected to result in a decrease of approximately 262 million yuan in operating revenue and a decrease of approximately 223 million yuan in net profit for 2025. This adjustment is implemented in accordance with the notice from the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission
According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Shaanxi Natural Gas (002267.SZ) stated that on May 22, 2025, it received the "Notice from the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission regarding the Natural Gas Pipeline Transportation Price in the Third Supervision Cycle" (Shaanxi Development and Reform Price [2025] No. 747) (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). The provincial natural gas company will reduce the pipeline transportation price by 3.86 cents per cubic meter (adjusted to 3.9 cents per cubic meter after rounding) starting from June 1, 2025. All regions are required to formulate or adjust the short-distance provincial pipeline transportation prices for independent operations in their jurisdictions in accordance with pricing authority and relevant regulations.
