TIMES UNI GP has signed a settlement deed and has paid 10 million yuan
TIMES UNI GP (02310.HK) announced that the company has entered into a settlement agreement with former director Shen Ke (the petitioner). The company must immediately pay a settlement amount of HKD 10 million; and the petitioner must submit a consent notice to withdraw the petition within five full days after receiving the payment. The company has paid the settlement amount to the petitioner on May 23
