GUANGDONG HONGTU plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhengzhou Siweier Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., in Zhengzhou, with a registered capital not exceeding 37 million yuan, to acquire assets such as land, real estate, and equipment from Lisenok Automotive Parts (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. This move aims to improve the company's market and production capacity layout in the Central China region, enhance technological innovation capabilities, and optimize the product business structure
According to the announcement from Guangdong Hongtu (002101.SZ), the 56th meeting of the eighth board of directors reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the acquisition of assets from Lisen Noco Auto Parts (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. by its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Siwei Industrial Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ningbo Siwei"). It was agreed to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhengzhou Siwei Auto Parts Co., Ltd., in Zhengzhou with a registered capital not exceeding RMB 37 million, to acquire the land, properties, and equipment held by Lisen Noco in Zhengzhou.
The investment to establish a secondary wholly-owned subsidiary in Zhengzhou and acquire related assets from Lisen Noco aims to further improve the company's market layout and production capacity in the interior and exterior trim sectors in the Central China region, enhance technological innovation capabilities, and optimize the product business structure
