UA Design: Capital reduction to exit Tipu Space
UA Design announced that the registered capital of its former subsidiary Shanghai Tipu Space Design Co., Ltd. has been reduced from RMB 22.5714 million to RMB 15.8 million. The company exited its 30% equity stake in Tipu Space by way of capital reduction for a consideration of RMB 5.1581 million. Recently, Tipu Space has completed the industrial and commercial change registration, articles of association filing, and other procedures, and has obtained the "Registration Notice" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Jinshan District, Shanghai. As of the date of this announcement, the company has received all the capital reduction funds
