GOODBABY INTL: Shi Xiaoguang resigns as independent non-executive director
GOODBABY INTL announced that Shi Xiaoguang and Su Deyang will not be re-elected as independent non-executive directors at the annual general meeting of shareholders due to personal matters requiring more time. As of the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders, both Mr. Shi and Mr. Su will no longer serve as members of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee
According to the announcement from GOODBABY INTL (01086), Mr. Shi Xiaoguang and Mr. Su Deyang will not seek re-election at the shareholders' annual meeting in order to devote more time to personal matters (specifically Mr. Shi's retirement plan and Mr. Su's other personal affairs). They have resigned from their positions as independent non-executive directors effective from the conclusion of the shareholders' annual meeting. Following their resignation, (i) Mr. Shi will no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee effective from the conclusion of the shareholders' annual meeting; and (ii) Mr. Su will no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee effective from the conclusion of the shareholders' annual meeting
