ST Huaxi jointly signed contracts related to the Al-Daura thermal power plant in Baghdad, Iraq
ST CWPC and the consortium formed with Bengbu International Economic and Technological Cooperation Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Al-Nukhba OFS FZ-LLC from the UAE, involving the repair, design, procurement, and installation of the Al-Daura thermal power plant in Baghdad, Iraq. The total contract price is USD 347 million, of which ST CWPC is responsible for design, equipment supply, construction renovation, and installation debugging, with a contract amount of USD 290 million
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ST Huaxi (002630.SZ) announced that a consortium formed by the company and Bengbu International Economic and Technological Cooperation Co., Ltd. signed a subcontract for the "Repair, Design, Procurement, and Installation of the Al-Daura Thermal Power Plant in Baghdad, Iraq" with Al-Nukhba OFS FZ-LLC from the UAE. The total contract price is USD 347 million. The company, as the project implementer, is responsible for the design, equipment supply, construction modification, installation, and commissioning of the contract project, corresponding to a contract amount of USD 290 million.
The subject matter and scope of services specified in the contract include: the design, equipment supply, construction, installation, and commissioning of units 3 and 4 of the Daura Thermal Power Plant in Iraq, as well as the modification and commissioning of units 5 and 6
