Suzhou Good-Ark announced that on May 30, 2025, the company received a notification from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific targets by Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to specific targets, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them. The company's issuance of shares to specific targets is still subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and must obtain approval for registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before implementation. There remains uncertainty regarding whether the application will pass the review and the timing of any approval
