Azeus Systems shares surge 16.6% as earnings, dividends double

Azeus Systems shares surged 16.6% after the company reported a net profit increase of over 100% to HK$118.1 million for the second half of FY2025, with full-year profits rising 96% to HK$166.9 million. Revenue also grew significantly, up 56% to HK$305.5 million in the second half and 44% to HK$474.8 million for the full year. The company proposed a final dividend of HK$3.90 per share, totaling HK$5.50 for FY2025, compared to HK$2.80 for FY2024. Azeus aims to expand its geographical reach and invest in new ESG reporting solutions.
