The "Regal . Summit" in Sha Tin was purchased by a major client for HKD 61.39 million for two four-bedroom units

Bailey Property (00617.HK) and REGAL INT'L (00078.HK) have recorded transactions for their Shatin Kau To luxury residential project "Regal . Summit" for three consecutive weeks. Yesterday (2nd), two subdivided units were sold to the same buyer through a bidding process, with a total transaction price of HKD 61.385 million.

The two units are located at Block 5, 8th Floor, Unit A and Block 5, 8th Floor, Unit B, both featuring a four-bedroom, two-bathroom layout, with usable areas of 1,623 square feet and 1,612 square feet, respectively. The transaction prices were HKD 31.903 million and HKD 29.482 million, with price per square foot approximately HKD 19,657 and HKD 18,289, and a transaction period of 180 days.

Bailey Property Agency Director Wai Chan-sheng stated that the project's recent sales have been robust, with one house and five subdivided units sold in the past two months, cashing out over HKD 300 million. As the market sentiment continues to improve, he believes buyers will accelerate their market entry
