MEIHUABIO: Has repurchased 35.7084 million shares, using a total of 352 million yuan
On June 3rd, MEIHUABIO announced that the company's board of directors agreed to repurchase the company's shares through centralized bidding, with a repurchase amount of no less than 300 million yuan and no more than 500 million yuan. The repurchased shares will be used for cancellation to reduce registered capital. As of the end of May 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 35.7084 million shares, accounting for 1.25% of the company's total share capital, with a repurchase price range of 9.1 yuan/share to 10.68 yuan/share, and a total of 352 million yuan used
