CHINA HUAJUN GP: Shen Ruolei resigns as independent non-executive director
CHINA HUAJUN GP announced that Shen Ruolei has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to retirement, with the resignation effective at the annual general meeting of shareholders. The board of directors proposed to appoint Dr. Li Dayi and Ms. Wang Xiaomei as executive directors, and Ms. Zhu Fang as an independent non-executive director, who will also serve as the chair of the nomination committee, and a member of the remuneration committee and audit committee
According to the announcement from CHINA HUAJUN GP (00377), Mr. Shen Ruolei has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company due to retirement. Therefore, Mr. Shen Ruolei will step down from his role as an independent non-executive director at the annual general meeting of shareholders. After his resignation, Mr. Shen Ruolei will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee and as a member of the remuneration committee and audit committee.
The board further announced that, through a resolution passed at a board meeting held on June 3, 2025, the board proposed to appoint Dr. Li Dayi and Ms. Wang Xiaomei as executive directors, and Ms. Zhu Fang as an independent non-executive director at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders. Following the above appointments, Ms. Zhu Fang will also serve as the chairman of the nomination committee and as a member of the remuneration committee and audit committee
