OCT (ASIA) plans to elect Hong Kong Lee & Leung CPA Limited as the new auditor
OCT (ASIA) announced that the term of the current auditor, KPMG, will expire at the end of the 2025 Annual General Meeting. The Board recommends that shareholders elect Hong Kong Lee & Leung CPA Limited as the new auditor at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, with a term ending at the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OCT (ASIA) (03366) announced that the current term of KPMG (the company's current auditor) will expire at the end of the upcoming shareholders' annual general meeting in June 2025.
The board, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, resolved to propose that the company's shareholders consider (and, if deemed appropriate, approve) the election of Hong Kong Lee & Leung CPA Limited as the new auditor at the upcoming shareholders' annual general meeting, with a term ending at the conclusion of the shareholders' annual general meeting to be held in 2026
