DAOHE GLOBAL: Luo Juan has been appointed as the chairperson of the nomination committee
DAOHE GLOBAL announced that Wang Minxiang resigned as an independent non-executive director at the annual general meeting of shareholders due to the need to devote more energy to other business. Starting from June 6, 2025, Liu Shuren will be transferred from the chairman of the nomination committee to the chairman of the remuneration committee, while Luo Juan has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee and will become a member of the remuneration committee and audit committee
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DAOHE GLOBAL (00915) announced that Wang Minxiang has resigned as an independent non-executive director at the shareholders' annual meeting. Wang Minxiang will not stand for re-election due to the need to devote more energy to other business commitments.
Following Wang Minxiang's resignation as an independent non-executive director, he will also cease to be the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee and audit committee, effective June 6, 2025.
From June 6, 2025: (1) Independent non-executive director Liu Shuren will be transferred from chairman of the nomination committee to chairman of the remuneration committee; and (2) Independent non-executive director Luo Juan has been appointed as chairman of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee and audit committee
