NEW RAY MEDIC (06108.HK) announced a proposed capital reorganization, mainly involving a 10-for-1 share consolidation and a capital reduction. After the implementation, the trading unit will remain at 8,000 shares. The capital reorganization is expected to take effect on July 22 (Tuesday)
