Mingchen Health announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Mingchen Daily Chemical Co., Ltd., has distributable profits of 46.9147 million yuan as of December 31, 2024. Mingchen Daily Chemical will distribute profits of 20 million yuan to shareholders in cash, with the remaining undistributed profits carried forward to the next year. The company has received the dividend payment. This dividend will increase the net profit of the parent company for the fiscal year 2025, but will not increase the net profit of the company's consolidated financial statements for 2025, and therefore will not affect the overall operating performance of the company in 2025
