HAIDA announced that its subsidiary HAIDA New Energy has signed a procurement framework contract for full-screen bezel products with Seraph. According to the contract, HAIDA New Energy will supply 3.7GW of full-screen bezel products to Seraph, with specific procurement quantities, prices, delivery times, and locations to be determined through subsequent purchase orders, and the transaction amount will be based on actual transactions
According to the announcement from Haida Co., Ltd. (300320.SZ), on June 9, 2025, Haida New Energy signed a "Procurement Framework Agreement" with Seraph. Both parties reached an agreement on the procurement and supply of full-screen frame products. Haida New Energy will supply full-screen frame products to Seraph as per the agreement, with Seraph expected to procure a total of 3.7GW. The specific procurement quantity, price, delivery time, and location will be subject to the "Purchase Order" signed by both parties later, and the transaction amount will be based on the actual transaction
