Jiangxi Salt Industry: Chairman Hu Shiping resigns due to job changes
Jiangxi Salt Industry announced that the company's board of directors has received a written resignation letter from Mr. Hu Shiping. Due to changes in work circumstances, Mr. Hu Shiping has requested to resign from his positions as chairman, director, and member of the strategy and nomination committee of the company. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in Jiangxi Salt Industry and its subsidiaries. Mr. Hu Shiping holds 459,700 shares of the company and will continue to strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations
