YU TAK INT'L received guidance for resuming trading and will continue to be suspended

According to the announcement from YU TAK INT'L (08048), on June 9, 2025, the company received a letter from the exchange containing the following guidelines regarding the resumption of trading of the company's shares (hereinafter referred to as "Shares") on the stock exchange (hereinafter referred to as "Resumption Trading Guidelines"), with specific content as follows:

(i) Conduct an appropriate independent forensic investigation into the incident, publish the investigation results, assess the impact of the incident on the company's business operations and financial condition, and take appropriate remedial measures;

(ii) Demonstrate that there are no reasonable regulatory concerns regarding the integrity, capability, and/or character of the group management and/or individuals who have a significant impact on the management and operation of the company, as such concerns may pose risks to investors and undermine market confidence;

(iii) Publish the financial results required by the GEM Listing Rules that have not yet been released, and address any audit modification matters;

(iv) Conduct an independent internal control review and demonstrate that the company has established adequate internal controls and procedures to comply with the GEM Listing Rules;

(v) Demonstrate that the company complies with GEM Rule 17.26;

(vi) Recomply with GEM Rules 5.05(1), 5.05A, 5.28, 5.34, and 5.36A;

(vii) Disclose all material information to the market so that the company's shareholders and other investors can assess their position.
