WBD signed a contract for an environmentally friendly new materials automotive interior project with a total investment of 1 billion yuan in the Huainan High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The project will be carried out in phases, with an initial investment of 200 million yuan to build 4 automotive interior leather production lines. This project aims to expand the company's business, enhance its competitiveness in the new materials field, and strengthen the competitiveness of the synthetic leather industry through lightweight, high-performance TPE products, while also assisting Huainan in building a low-carbon industrial chain
According to the announcement from WanBanda (300055.SZ), in order to effectively expand the company's business areas and industrial layout, and enhance its competitive advantage in the new materials field, the company (hereinafter referred to as "Party B") plans to sign the "Huainan Environmental Protection New Materials Automotive Interior Project Contract" with the Huainan High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Party A"). The total planned investment for the project is expected to be 1 billion yuan, with the project being carried out in phases. The first phase of investment is expected to be 200 million yuan, which will establish 4 production lines for automotive interior leather.
This external investment will fully leverage the company's mature technological advantages and regional industrial synergy effects, forming an integrated industrial chain of "R&D - Production - Sales" driven by both policy dividends and market demand.
