MS CONCEPT announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Lord Restaurant has signed a new lease agreement for a property in Causeway Bay with an independent third party, MCGL. The agreement will take effect on December 1, 2025, for a duration of three years, ending on November 30, 2028. The property is located on the entire 6th floor of World Trade Center, 280 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MS CONCEPT (08447) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Lord Restaurant (as the tenant) has signed and returned a new lease agreement for the renewal of the property to an independent third party MCGL (as the owner) on June 16, 2025, for a period of 3 years from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2028 (including the first and last days).
It is reported that the property is located on the entire 6th floor of the World Trade Center, 280 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
