THELLOY DEV (01546.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of no more than HKD 55 million for the fiscal year ending in March, compared to a net profit of HKD 8.3 million in the previous year. The loss is mainly due to the recognition of losses from joint ventures; lower overall gross profit from several construction projects this year; and increased financing costs
