ELHT: Tianfeng Tiancheng Asset Management Plan intends to transfer 1.26% of shares to the indirect controlling shareholder LianTou Group

ELHT announced that Tianfeng Tiancheng Asset Management Plan, a concerted actor of its indirect controlling shareholder LianTou Group, intends to transfer 13.47 million shares of ELHT to LianTou Group through a block trade due to the impending expiration of the plan. After the transfer is completed, Tianfeng Tiancheng Asset Management Plan will no longer hold shares in the company. This transfer is an internal shareholding adjustment among concerted actors and does not involve reducing holdings in the market, nor will it lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. The transfer plan will be implemented at a scheduled time 15 trading days after the disclosure date
