NEW CITY DEV issues new shares to major shareholders, selling loans of 13.85 million yuan

NEW CITY DEV (00456.HK) announced that it will issue 31,334,800 new shares to Chairman and controlling shareholder Han Junran, capitalizing all HKD 13.85 million of shareholder loans, with an issue price of HKD 0.442, representing a discount of 4.95% compared to the last trading day (18th). After completion, the shareholding in the company will increase from 50.82% to 59.91%
