DAPHNE INT'L: Xu Wenguan appointed as independent non-executive director
According to the announcement from DAPHNE INT'L, effective June 19, 2025: (1) Mr. Huang Shuncai has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee; and (2) Ms. Xu Wenguan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and the chairman of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee
