Chqsxp: Plans to acquire 40.49% equity of Blue Era for 30.3682 million yuan and increase capital by 23.1818 million yuan

Chqsxp announced that the company intends to acquire 40.49% of the equity held by Xiaoman Technology in Blue Era for cash of 30.3682 million yuan, and to increase the capital of Blue Era for cash of 23.1818 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 51% of the equity in Blue Era, while Yufu Holdings will hold 15% of the equity. Blue Era will become a subsidiary controlled by the company and will be included in the consolidated financial statements.
