LANDRICH HLDG (02132.HK) announced that on May 29, its wholly-owned subsidiary received a summons and claim endorsement submitted by Nanguang Engineering (plaintiff), regarding a payment claim under the subcontracting agreement, amounting to approximately HKD 24.7 million. The company does not agree with the claim and is seeking legal advice
