DPC: Transfer of equity in affiliated companies between subsidiaries

DPC announced that its subsidiary Xiong'an DPC Technology Co., Ltd. intends to transfer its 25% equity stake in Fuyang DPC Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to Anhui DPC Technology Co., Ltd. at a price of 0 yuan. After this equity transfer, Anhui DPC will make a cash or physical contribution corresponding to the 14.5 million yuan capital contribution for the 25% equity stake in Fuyang DPC. This transaction has been reviewed and approved by the company's board of directors and supervisory board, and does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring
