FICUS TECH: Chen Ting appointed as authorized representative and compliance officer
FICUS TECH announced that, effective June 24, 2025, Zhuo Jiajun resigned as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Chen Ting has been appointed as the company's authorized representative and compliance officer, and has become a member of the compensation committee
According to the announcement from ZhiTong Finance APP, FICUS TECH (08107) announced that Mr. Zhuo Jia Jun will resign as Executive Director, member of the Remuneration Committee, and Chief Executive Officer of the company effective June 24, 2025, to devote more time to his personal affairs. Following Mr. Zhuo Jia Jun's resignation, he will also no longer serve as the company's authorized representative and compliance officer as stipulated in Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
After Mr. Zhuo Jia Jun's resignation as authorized representative and compliance officer, Mr. Chen Ting, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, has been appointed as the authorized representative and compliance officer, effective June 24, 2025.
Effective June 24, 2025, Mr. Chen Ting has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee
